Staying healthy is everyones goals and sure we all put that when we create our New Year's resolutions, but do we actually go through with it?
Not at all!
I was that person before, whom didn't follow through any resolution that included healthy or a diet. I mostly didn't because healthy meant giving up delicious recipes or it simply seemed so hard to do. But that was the old me that a good old 21/90 habits rule broke out of me.
- 21 days of non-stop smoothies every morning to create the habit.
- 90 days of non-stop smoothies to make it my lifestyle.
Now, I won't leave the door without my smoothie. They give me that natural energy kick my body needs in the am and throughout the day. I knock out the intake of veggies and fruits in one smoothie blend and I get the right amount of vitamins and minerals with my favorite powder supplements or drinks.
So, I decided to share 3 of my favorite smoothies, which you'll love and thank me later 😉

Turmeric Smoothie with Pineapple
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Aloe Vera Pineapple
1 cup packed kale or spinach
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
Instructions
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the pineapple chunks and blend again until completely smooth.
Blueberry Aloe Vera Lychee Smoothie (with Hemp Hearts)
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup Aloe Vera Lychee
1/2 cup yogurt full-fat plain or greek
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Green Mango Superfood Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup spinach packed
1 1/4 cups Aloe Vera Original
1.5 cups frozen ripe mango chunks
1 teaspoon ground flax
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
Combine the spinach and Aloe Vera original in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the mango chunks, flax, chia seeds and almond extract. Blend again until smooth.
