TOO BUSY TO MAKE BREAKFAST?
MORNINGS
are the hardest when you have a short period of time to get ready and head to work, and if you're a mom who has to feed others, time isn't just nice at all.
We understand how overwhelming it all can be, but a good breakfast is what keeps you running all day.

So, how can we fix this issue? As much as we would like to make more time in the mornings, sometimes is just not possible. But a delicious, healthy and easy breakfast can be the answer to our prayers. We have gather 3 delicious and easy recipes that you'll enjoy in the mornings.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cups soy milk or almond milk
1 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cups fresh fruit
1 tablespoons nuts toasted
1tablespoon of preferred yogurt
PREPARATION
Scoop 1/2 cup oatmeal into mason jars. Add 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla to each jar. Stir contents of each jar; cover and refrigerate overnight. Top each jar with 1/2 cup of fruit and 1 tablespoon of yogurt and nuts. Enjoy!

Pineapple, Spinach, and Ginger Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut or Almond milk2 hand fulls of Fresh Spinach
1 banana
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
3/4 chia seeds
3/4 teaspoon ginger powder
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in the blender, and
blend until smooth.

Avocado Toast with Sunny Side Egg
INGREDIENTS
1 slice whole grain bread (toasted)Half os small avocado
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Red Chili powder (optional)
PREPARATION
Toast bread as desire. Spread fresh avocado on toast.
Cook egg sunny side style, add salt and pepper to taste while it cooks. Eggs should be ready in 8mins.
Add egg to toast sprinkle chili powder (optional)
