Shipping Policy

   Our shipping policy is to send your order as soon as possible, depending on your oder size it can take from 1-2 business days to fulfill your order.

From Monday to Friday (all orders received before 12:00 pm) we will ship in 24 hour or less depending on its size.

Orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm we be shipped on the following Monday.

    • In case a product is on backorder, we will contact you to know what you want to do. (Our backorder usually take a 2-5 business day to be available) If you decide to wait for the product to be ready, we will ship it to you, as soon as the product becomes available. If you decide to cancel the unavailable product, we will make you a refund in the full amount of the price for this product in your order.
    • Your order will be shipped using the services of the United State Postal Service (www.usps.com),¬† UPS ( ups.com) or FedEx (fedex.com) unless you pay a different service.
    • Orders qualifying for¬†FREE shipping will be shipped with one of our carriers all depending on availability¬†and pick up times. You will be notified via Email who the shipment carrier is once the order is shipped.
    • Allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to arrive once placing the order on all standard shipments.
    • If you need your order faster than usual time, we encourage leaving us a note and paying express shipping. All Express shipments take¬†2 business days to arrive not including the 1-2 business days it takes to pack and ship your items.

Domestic Shipping 

    • For domestic orders that weight up to 5lbs, we will use FedEx 2 Day Express only and for PO addresses USPS Priority Mail (FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes)
    • You can request a different service in which you will be charged separately by¬†calling right away at 305-597-6410
    • Priority Mail will take about 2-5 days to arrive¬†and¬†FedEx 2-3 business days.** There may be some¬†delays due to weather, and other unpredictable causes that prevents carriers to deliver on time - If so¬†if will be posted online - make sure to¬†track your package online.
    • All orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill - depending on quantity and product type.
    • ¬†All domestic orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation to your email¬†

 

International Shipping 
For International orders, we will use USPS International Priority or FedEx International Economy.

It takes 1-2 business days to fulfill your order.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Order Processing for International Orders: Taxes and Duties Will Be Charged Upon Delivery.

  • You must ensure you know your country's customs policy.
  • We ship items with the correct invoice and paperwork.
  • We do not do returns on International orders if you cannot¬†retrieve the package from customs you¬†will have to request them to ship back the order in order for us to approve a refund.
  • Once the product/package arrives and is in good condition, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and any other cost charged to us for a return.
  • If you abandon the product at customs in your country, they will¬†NOT automatically return it to us. Please ensure the items are returned to us.

    Shipping Package

    • When the order is ready for carrier pick up, you will receive a notification via email from¬†us¬†including the expected time of arrival and the tracking code. We CANNOT cancel orders once is packed and ready for pick up.
    • For tracking purposes, please, go to www.usps.com¬†¬†www.fedex.com or ups.com
    • If you have an account with us, you will be able to check the status of your order in "My Account" at our store.
    • All orders are checked before shipment. If you detect the absence of any product upon receipt of the order, you must contact the Customer Service of Alfa Vitamins during 72 working hours after the delivery of the package reported by USPS or FedEx.
    • You must track your package online or call the carrier service at their customer service.
    • We cannot redirect packages once shipped (call carrier for help)
    • If the package¬†gets returned¬†to us due to the wrong address or unable to¬†deliver due to business being closed - you will be charged shipping once again in order to ship the item again.

      Keep in mind our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. If we already shipped the item you will have to wait until it is returned to us in order to do a resend process.

      If the product is lost, we do not do refunds unless is our mistake.

       

      INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS POLICY

      Please contact USPS regarding any issues or to find out where your package is. If your package was held - we suggest creating a case with them and providing the case number to us.

      After we receive the case#

      We can be shipped to you right away.  
      However, we need you to confirm a valid address. 
      A second shipping attempt must be paid for by the customer in this case as the package has reached its destination. A charge of $4.99+ (all depending on the destination) must be submitted for the re-shipping fee. (an invoice via PayPal will be sent to you for this payment)
      If you do not wish to have the product reshipped to you, a refund (minus Shipping & restock fees) can be submitted to you.
