Directions & precautions
Adults: Take four (4) capsules daily, as a dietary supplement, preferably with meals.
Glucosamine may increase insulin resistance. Those with type 2 diabetes and those who are overweight and have problems with glucose tolerance should have their blood sugars carefully monitored if they use glucosamine supplements. Because of insufficient safety data, children, pregnant women and nursing mothers should avoid using glucosamine.
Store tightly closed in a dry place at controlled room temperature of 59–86°F. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
How many servings are in the bottle?
The bottle contains 60 capsules, or 15 servings of four capsules.
Does Alflexil contain shellfish or gelatin?
